Flipper d'Elle passed away

The amazing sire and major breeding stallion, Flipper d'Elle has passed away. Aged 27-years-old, the stallion passed away this afternoon in the presence of his former rider,  Laurent Goffinet.

In his career the stallion competed at the highest level, representing his country at the European Championships in 2005 and World Campionships in 2006. Two years later Flipper d'Elle concluded his sportive career with a CSI4* Grand Prix victory in Francoville.

"I promised him to be there at the end. Flipper passed away in my arms this afternoon," writes Goffinet. In breeding, Flipper leaves behind an impressive offspring with amongst others Napoleon du Chanu, Nikita du Luot, Lucrate d'Eau, etc.
