King Edward back on top of WBFSH ranking

Belgium bred King Edward (Edward 28), who was part of the winning Olympic team with Henrik von Eckermann, is back on top of the WBFSH Breeders Ranking. The 12-year-old BWP-gelding was bred by Wim Impens (BEL). The last four months the gelding was always fourth and now jumps into the lead again. The BWP studbook tops the studbook ranking.

For the studbooks, BWP still leads the way on 6449 points, with King Edward, Igor van de Wittemore (Cooper vd Heffinck x Orlando) and Like A Diamond van het Schaek (Diamant de Semilly x Bamako de Muze) being their best three horses. Just like last month, Stud Book du Cheval Selle Français follows in rank two on 5958 points, with Vital Chance de La Roque, Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo Van Ter Moude x Quouglof Rouge) and Equine America Unick du Francport (Zandor x Helios de la Cour) as their three best ambassadors. The Holsteiner Verband stays as rank three, on a total of 5839 points – with Monaco, Con Quidam RB (Quinar Z x Cardino 5) and Limbridge (Limbus x Camebridge) being their top three horses.
