At the FEI WBFSH World Championships for young showjumping horses the breeders can claim a bonus and in France breeders can win an extra cheque. It shows the importance - just like in racing - to put the spotlights on the breeders. While many experts warn the sport we are breeding to close to incest it is time to motivate the breeders to go back to their passion; breeding experimental with the aim of breeding a fantastic sport horse... not just for the money!.
