Abdel Saïd and Arpege du Ru win the CSI4*W 1.50m class of Al Shira'aa

With the World Cup Grand Prix as closing class, the arena was occupied prior to this by another CSI4*W class. Over 1.50m high obstacles, Abdel Saïd was the fastest with Arpege du Ru (by Apache d'Adriers) and won this class after a strong past days of ending in the top five.

Abdel Saïd continues his good form and put the penultimate class of Al Shira'aa to his name. In a jump-off with only eight competitors, the bar was set high not to make any mistakes and Arpege du Ru (by Apache d'Adriers) understood the assignment. The duo stopped the chrono at 38.20 to set the winning time. Also for Belgium, Celine Schoonbroodt-de Azevedo was a little more careful and that was rewarded. In the saddle of Deesse des Embruns (by Mylord Carthago), she finished in 40.59 to be placed third. The honor of second place was left to Jessica Burke with Express Trend (by Future Trend).

The top five of this class was filled in by Tim Gredley (GBR) at four with Imperial HBF followed by Shane Breen (IRL) in the saddle of Z7 Ipswich (by Carembar de Muze).
