Convincing win for Cathrine Dufour in Aachen Grand Prix

35 beautiful combinations appeared in the ring on Aachen soil, all of which competed for victory in the Prize of Family Tesch, a rating competition for the Lambertz Nations' Cup. In the end Cathrine Dufour won on the back of Vamos Amigos (Vitalis) with a score of no less than 81.544%!

With just one jury that scored Dufour below 80%, the Danish was almost certain of the victory with only three combinations to go. Only Charlotte Fry on Everdale (Lord Leatherdale), and Isabell Werth on DSP Quantaz (Quarterback 6) could pose a threat as last combinations to enter the dressage ring, but in the end they too could not match the phenomenal result of Dufour. Fry placed fourth with a score of 76.500%, followed by Werth with 76.413% in fifth place.

On the podium next to Cathrine Dufour, Frederic Wandres and Duke of Britain FRH (Dimaggio 2) shone in front of their own audience with silver, ahead of the Finn Henri Ruoste with Kontestro DB (Contendro 3).
