Eduardo Pereira de Menezes secures the victory in featured class Knokke

In Knokke was a 1m50 class that was jumped in two rounds the main event of the day. The 15 best combinations of the first round were allowed to start again in the second round. In that second round it was not only important to jump clear, the time was also of great importance. 

In the end it was Eduardo Pereira de Menezes who drew the longest straw. He rode H5 Elvaro (by Calvaro FC) clear in 37.14 seconds. The American Ward Mc Lain jumped to second place. Riding Contagious (by Contagio) he jumped to the silver by jumping a clear round in 37.67 seconds. Gregory Wathelet took home second place. In the saddle of the SBS stallion Faut-Il des 7 Vallons (by Comme Il Faut), he could keep the zero and finished in 37.87 seconds. Willem Greve and Highway M TN (by Eldorado vd Zeshoek) completed the top four with a clear round in 38.76 seconds. 

Marc Houtzager finished in fifth place. He rode Sterrehof's Edinus (by Padinus) clear in 43.70 seconds. In the first round he got a time penalty.
