Fernando M. Summer wins opening CSI5* in Brussels

The first CSI5* in Brussels has been ridden. This year the competition is held on an amazing grass arena instead of the regular sand arena. With the stakes high, the competition kicked-off with a 1.45m class. The Mexican Fernando Martinez Sommer won in the saddle of High Five (v. Glasgow vh Merelnest).

Martin Fuchs came in second with Commissar Pezi (v. Commissario). They were closely followed by Belgian rider Dominique Hendrickx. He and the 9 years old stallion No-Comment de Septon (v. Jenson van't Meulenhof) ended in third position.

Bryan Balsiger took fourth place with Dubai du Bois Pinchet (v. Kashmir van het Schuttershof). Top 5 was concluded with local rider Emilie Conter. She stayed clear on the back of Legolas Ter Wilgen (v. Emmerton (Alias Raldolala)).
