Gold for Laura Kraut in Sentower park

The class of the 7-year-old and the 8-year-old horses on a hight of 1m35 in two phases dominated by Germans, but Wilm Vermeir took his place between them. In the 1m40 CSI2* the victory went to the American Laura Kraut. 


Laura Kraut came into the arena with Galliano VW (by Ukato) and knew how to stop the jump-off clock in 26.96 seconds. Because of this, Axel Vandoorne had to be happy with seconds place, he had a time of 27.61 seconds on the back of Jacarta (by Larino). The German Gerrit Nieberg rode Baynounah Fbh (by Numero Uno) around the course in 28.00 seconds and came into third place. 

The top five was completed by other Belgian riders, Jerome Schmidt with Calilou (by Cancara) in 28.69 seconds and Christophe Leutenez with Cruz Van Kerselare Z (by Chellano Z) in 29.53 seconds.

The second phase of the seven- and eight-year-old horses was won in a time of 27.93 seconds by the German Anna-Elisa Schäfer on the back of Fly Away Z (by Flipper d'Elle). The Belgian Wilm Vermeir came into second place with Nanini Van d'Abeldreef in 28.13 seconds. Gerrit Nieber came into third place, he rode Conthea 2 (by Comme IL Faut 5) in a time of 28.99 seconds. 

In fourth place ended Oliver Lemmer with under the saddle Herrera (by Hugh Grand de Muze) in 29.54 seconds. The Belgian Steve Lefevre took the fifth place with Nell van de Coninckshoeve (by Vigo d'Arsouilles) in 29.54 seconds.
