The evening class in Coruna deliverd top level sport. In the end it was Great-Britain's Harry Charles who set the winning time with over 2 seconds difference on Henrik von Eckermann. Charles speeded to the win aboard his 11-year-old Billabong du Roumois, claiming the 33.000 euro first prize.
