Jonathan Gordon on top in CSI2* Grand Prix Herzlake

In Herzlake, Germany, the end of an international weekend has just been jumped: the CSI2 * Grand Prix. 19 combinations managed to keep the zero in the main round. So it promised to be a jump-off in which riders had to give everything to play a significant role in this Grand Prix.

And if there is one thing Irish riders are good at, it is riding fast. Jonathan Gordon proved this by completing a clear jump-off in 34.31 seconds with Dorotheental's Classica (by Classe). With this time he stayed ahead of Tim Rieskamp-Goedeking, who finished in second place. The German saddled IB Querido (by Quiad I) to jump a clear round in 35.80 seconds. Sören Pedersen and Tailormade Contou (by Conthargos) completed the top three after a clear round in 36.15 seconds.

Gilles Thomas was the best Belgian in fourth place. He counted on the BWP mare La Luna Hidalgo J&F (by Cabrio vd Heffinck) to complete a clear round in 36.27 seconds. Rene Dittmer and Urhelia Lutterbach (by Helios de la Cour II) completed the top five.
