Julien Epaillard rules the show in CSI5* LR jump-off class Valkenswaard


The first CSI5 * class of the day was just jumped in Valkenswaard. It was a 1m50 class with a separate jump-off. Eleven combinations could qualify for the jump-off and in the end it was the fast French rider Julien Epaillard who speeded to victory. He counted on Queeletta (by Quality) to ride to the finish in 42.28 seconds.

Peder Fredricson and H&M Christian K (by Namelus R) finished in second place. They kept the zero and stopped the chrono after 43.87 seconds. Shane Breen and Compelling Z (by Chellano Z) completed the top three after a clear round in 43.87 seconds.

Olivier Philippaerts followed in fourth place. He jumped a clear round in the saddle of Hurricane (by Numero Uno) and finished in 44.99 seconds. Athina Onassis and E. Adore Joh (by Ace) followed in fifth position.
