Julien Epaillard speeds to victory in Deauville

There's only one man to beat when it comes to riding against the clock: Julien Epaillard. Yesterday, the first part of the CSI3* 1m45 speedclass was ridden, but the class was stopped due to the bad weather. Julien Epaillard stood in the lead at that time and this morning, no other rider of the second part of the start list could beat his time.

Epaillard counted in Quincy Lady (f. Quintender 2) to ride to the finish in 50,39 seconds. The second place went to Guy Williams and the 15-year old Rouge de Ravel (f. Ultimo van ter Moude). They cleared the course in 59,75 seconds. Marlon Modolo Zanotelli and Sweet Tricia completed the podium after a clear round in 59,96 seconds.

Laura Renwick (Arkuga) and Steve Guerdat (Ulysse des Forets) ended respectively on fourth and fifth place.
