No Irish dressage team to Olympics in Tokyo

For the first time in history, Ireland was allowed to send a dressage team to the Olympic Games in Tokyo, but that has been canceled.

The Irish federation previously decided not to send a dressage team to Tokyo, but Dane Rawlins and James Connor appealed. Now the appeal has been rejected by the independent arbitrator. Bad news for Ireland, because they will not be represented during the dressage in Tokyo. All parties were questioned about their position and arguments, but that turned out not to be enough.
