No stopping Scott Brash in CSI5* Grand Prix of Valkenswaard

In Valkenswaard the day just ended with the Grand Prix of the CSI5* competition. Twelve combinations could qualify for the jump-off and with stars like Pieter Devos, Simon Delestre and Scott Brash it promised to be an exciting denouement.

In the end, it was the latter who jumped to victory. He managed to jump a clear jump-off in the saddle of Hello Jefferson (by Cooper vd Heffinck) and stopped the chrono in 45.71 seconds. This was exactly two seconds faster than Pieter Devos who rode Claire Z (by Clearway) to second place; they also managed to keep the clear and finished in 47.71 seconds. Luiz Francisco de Azevedo and My Way (by Mylord Carthago HN) completed the top three after a clear round in 47.89 seconds.

Simon Delestre (Berlux Z) and Malin Baryard-Johnsson (H&M Indiana) completed the top five.
