He stayed ahead of Darragh Kenny who finished in second place with Scarlett du Sart Z (by Stakkato). The Irish rider rode the 11-year-old mare clear in 71.59 seconds. Jodie Hall McAteer and Kimosa van het Kritrahof (by Chatman) completed the top three after a clear round in 73.73 seconds.
Jos Verlooy (Jacobien Dwerse Hagen) and Ben Maher (Explosion W) also finished in the top five.
