Paris Eiffel Jumping moves even closer to the Eiffel Tower

In 2020, the Paris Eiffel Jumping was canceled due to the Corona virus, but that does not mean that the organization has stopped working. It was announced that the competition will still take place in 2021 in an exceptional, new setting.

The competition will take place from 23 to 27 June at Place Jacques Rueff, less than 300 meters from the Eiffel Tower. The reason for this is that a temporary building of 10,000 m2 will be placed at the original location, so there's no space to organize an international competition anymore. The temporary building will replace the Grand Palais, as it is currently being renovated into a hall with a capacity for 20,000 spectators in view of the 2024 Olympic Games.
