Saint-Lô: Julien Anquetin secures French victory in CSI4* Grand Prix

In Saint-Lô, the international CSI4* weekend just ended with the Grand Prix. Seven combinations were able to qualify for the jump-off including quite a few French riders; So the expectations for a French victory were high. That French victory would come: Julien Anquetin came last to start in the jump-off with Blood Diamond du Pont (by Diamant de Semilly) and made firewood of his first pursuer's time. With 38.51 seconds, he was the only one to keep the chrono under 40 seconds.

Francois Xavier Boudant and Brazyl du Mezel (by Haloubet de Gorze) followed in second place. They also jumped a clear round in 40.80 seconds. Harry Allen and Calculatus (by Cachassini) completed the top three after a clear round in 41.51 seconds. 

Robin Muhr (Mylo van Klapscheut) and Julien Epaillard (Donatella D'Auge) finished fourth and fifth respectively.
