The WKD Big Tour had set the jumps at 1.50m and challenged riders in a round against the clock. Sanne Thijssen (NED) had to start early in the class, as twelfth out of just under 50 competitors, she entered the arena on Con Quidam Rb (by Quinar Z). The course left no room for mistakes and Thijssen clearly had a goal in mind. With the seventeen-year-old stallion, she flew through the course and stopped the clock at 63.72, the fastest time then being. No following combination seemed to be able to improve their time and after Alexander Butler's (IRL) round it was clear - Thijssen won on Con Quidam Rb! Butler stranded at four with the KWPN-bred Chilli B (by Berlin).

Second and third position were taken by two home riders. Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) rode to a second place on Enjoy de La Mure (v. Vigo Cece) followed by compatriot Teresa Blazquez-Abascal (ESP) with Nasa de Toxandria (v. Vertigo Saint Benoit).
