With his clear round, Saïd was even too fast for the World Number One, Peder Fredericson. Fredericson managed to ride Hansson WL (SWB) (by Hip Hop) to second place in a time of 65.81 seconds. Rolf-Göran Bengtsson followed with Zuccero (by VDL Zirocco Blue) in third place. He rode across the finish line in 65.90 seconds.
