Only four combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in the CSI4* Grand Prix of Wiesbaden. Three pairs managed to produce a double clear. Eventually it was David Will who jumped to victory in front of the home-crowd. Will secured the win aboard his 10-year-old Concordia 49 (Colorit).
Will and his 10-year-old mare jumped to the win in 38.14 seconds, over three seconds faster as Ireland's Max Wachman with his 11-year-old Berlux Z (Berlin). Before the gelding was competed by Wachman's compatriot, Cian O'Connor and France's Simon Delestre.
Former Belgium champion, Gilles Dunon completed the stage with his trusted Fou De Toi vd Keihoeve (Toulon).
With one jumping fault in the Jump-Off, Camilo Rueda placed fourth aboard the 14-year-old Belgian Warmblood, Indus Van Het Keysereyck (Carabas vd Wateringhoeve), while Denis Lynch completed the top five aboard Cornets Iberio (Cornet Obolsenksy).
