Titouan Schumacher and Atome Z leap to a win in CSI3* 1.50m Grand Prix at the VillaMoura Atlantic Tour

The day at the VillaMoura Equestrian Centre just came to a close with the CSI3* 1.50m Grand Prix. It seemed to be quite a challenging first round as only four combinations qualified for the jump-off. It was Titouan Schumacher who secured first place with the quickest double-clear effort riding Atome Z.

The riders needed to stay focused as a total prize money of 51.300€ was at stake. Titouan Schumacher navigated the jump-off course the best and ended up winning this Grand Prix with Atome Z (by Amadeus Z*Brimbelles). The gelding flew over the last fence in a time of 41,53 seconds. British rider Jackson Reed Stephenson and Exception (by Vagabond de La Pomme) secured second place. With his twelve-year old chestnut they crossed the finish line in 42,75 seconds. Jerome Hurel continued the French placings and rode to third place with Byron du Telman (by Lamm de Fetan) in 47,39 seconds.

Aurelien Leroy (Byron du Telman) came in fourth place. Piergiorgio Bucci (Naiade d'Elsendam Z) claimed fifth place.
