The course in Barcelona was set at a height of 1.50m for the riders to compete in the Queens Cup - Segura Viudas Trophy. Julien Epaillard was the man to beat but stayed undefeated.
Olivier Philippaerts rode a stunning round on the back of Cap Du Marais (v. Kannan*Gfe) in the final of the Queens Cup but had to settle for third place after seeing how two French combinations did even better. Julien Epaillard was three (!) seconds faster then Philippaerts and set the time to beat on 38,46 in the saddle of Donatello D'Auge (v. Jarnac). Patriot Kevin Staut tried his best to beat his time but wasn't able to do so and stranded in second place with Visconti du Telman (v. Toulon).
Outside the top three we found Pedro Veniss with Boeckmanns Lord Pezi Junior (v. Böckmann's Lord Pezi) on fourth place followed by Mario Stevens with Starissa (v. Stakkato) on five.
