Celine Schoonbroodt-de Azevedo was on silver until shortly before the end but was referred to three by one of the last combinations. The Belgian rider got to take bronze on the back of Deesse des Embruns (by Mylord Carthago*HN). Her husband, Luiz Felipe Neto de Azevedo was also able to place and finished at eleven with Calvin de Beaufour (by Nabab de Reve).
Kristaps Neretnieks crossed the finish line more than a few seconds later than Seabra with Kamiro D (by Kashmir van 't Schuttershof). The top five was filled internationally with Luiz Felipe Cortizo Goncalvez de Azevedo Filho at four with Chacito (by Chacco-Blue). Britain's William Funnell filled in fifth place with Equine America Billy Marmite.
