Epaillard sent Jalanta P in 34.67 seconds to this victory. That was exactly one second faster than Swiss rider Steve Guerdat with Maddox, a nine-year-old son of Cohiba. Belgium's Thibault Philippaerts was next in this ranking. Aboard Glassgo du Beaupre (Qody de St-Aubert), he took the bronze in 36.02 seconds.
Compatriot Constant Van Paesschen followed in fourth place with Isidoor vd Helle (Canturo). They also went clear in 37.35 seconds. Nicolas Delmotte and Aramusse (Elan de la Cour) took the fifth place.
