Richard Vogel keeps CSI4* 1m55 victory Hohenkirchen in German hands

The highlight of the day, a 1m55 class with jump-off, was just completed in Hohenkirchen. 48 competitors eventually managed to get a clear round. A jump-off with twelve therefore had to be decisive. In that jump-off, it was ultimately Richard Vogel who kept the victory in German hands. He rode Cepano Baloubet (by Chaman) clear in 32.64 seconds, a time that could not be matched by any other combination.

Philip Rüping took second place. He was able to keep zero on the scoreboard in the saddle of Baloutaire PS (by Balou du Rouet), finishing in 35.00 seconds; Marc Houtzager completed the podium. He saddled the 11-year-old Holy Moley (by Verdi TN) to jump a clear round in 36.62 seconds.

Fourth place also went to a Dutchman. Kars Bonhof with Hernandez TN (by Kannan) was the fourth rider to take part in the prize-giving ceremony after a clear round in 38.44 seconds. Maurice Tebbel and Chacco's Light 3 (by Chacco's Son I) completed the top five.
