Belgium's Clair Putters unbeatable in Junior and Young Rider finale in Mechelen
In Mechelen the second round of the finale for Juniors and Young Riders had just been ridden. The first round was ridden this morning already. The best ten combinations of the first round appeared in the second round. Gilles Nuytens was on the lead at that moment so he was the last one to go in for the second round. He once again rode a very fast round, but unfortunately his Jade S (f. Diardao) kicked one fence down. He still ended on third place. The second place went to Tim Prouvé. He was the first clear rounder of the first round to go into the arena for the second round, but he managed to keep his cool. His Orson Des Hayettes (f. Mozart des Hayetes) jumped a very fast, clear round which resulted in the second place.

The first place went to the only seventeen year old Claire Putters. Ze already jumped to third place in the Queenscup earlier today and now she took home the victory. She and Copain de Muze (f. Bamako de Muze) jumped a clear round in 64,11 seconds.

Anna Carway (Ajaccio) and Jeroen de Winter (Karmelita van den Dries) completed the top five.
