The victory went to the Swiss rider Romain Duguet. With the 8-year old Up Tp Date du Luco (f. C Indoctro) under the saddle, he rode a clear rouhnd in 51,47 seconds. With this time he beat the German rider Jörne Sprehe who ended on second place with Solero 79 (f. Stakkato Gold). This Stakkato Gold son was the best 7-year old horse. Marc Houtzager and the 7-year old KWPN Mr. Europe (v. Mr. Blue) to the third place. They left the wood untouched and finished in 53,48 seconds.
The rest of the top five colored all in the German colors. Hans-Dieter Dreher ended on fourth place with the 7-year old Stagenta (f. Stakkatol). Mario Stevens and Fairmont E (f. Ferragamo) took account of the fifth place.
