French riders on top at 1-star Grand Prix of Cagnes-Sur-Mer
In the French Cagnes-Sur-Mer, the Grand Prix of the one star competition has just been ridden. 60 combinations entered the show ring for this competition. 19 of them jumped a clear first round and came back for the jump-off.

Eventually it were the French riders who ruled to show. They took almost all top five placings. Only the fifth place went to the Belgian rider Maxime Harmegnies. He and Elastique vh Koekek jumped a clear round in 47,15 seconds.

The first place went to Gregory Cottard. He went fast as lightening with his Team De Temple and finished in 43,83 seconds. With this time he was a clear winner. The second place was for Sofian Misraoui. He jumped a clear jump-off with Verone de Lerchenberg and finished in 45,02 seconds. This resulted in the silver medal. The last place on the podium went to Cyril Bouvard. Bouvard and his gelding Urbain Melodie left the wood untouched and finished in 45,81 seconds.

Lea Marin was the only lady rider in the top five. She and Queops Chatelier jumped a clear jump-off in 46,34 seconds. This time resulted in the fourth place in the ranking.
