Nieberg was a league of his own with his quick chestnut Galippo 5 (v. Giorgo) he finished the big course in a mere 57.20 seconds and claiming the top spot for his country. Even his own 'team' could not beat t at his game tonight with Renzel and his Quidam´s Rubin mare Quick Step 53 finishing more then a second later. And Naeve steering D´accord 68 (v. Diamant De Semilly) to the third place in 60.88 seconds.
Dutch rider Dominique Roelofsen fought valiantly but did not manage to secure a top 3 spot finishing in fourth with het Holsteiner Quidaro (v. Quidam De Revel). Australian James Paterson - Robinson and the KWPN bred Clintissima (v. Clinton) completed the top 5.
