Gregory Wathelet and Mjt Nevados S bring home World Championships
In Zangersheide Vice-European Champion, Gregory Wathelet, rode Mjt Nevados S (by Calvados Z) towards the victory in the FEI World Championships for Seven-Year-Old Horses. In a jump-off with 12, the pair had to enter as third last. Silver was for British Laura Renwich and MHS Washington (by OBOS Quality). The pair finished in 35.13 seconds, almost half a second slower as the winners. Eoin McMahon and Talks Cheap (by Tinaranas Inspector) took home the Bronze medal.

The top five of the championship were completed by Davidson (by Harley VDL) under the saddle of James Billington in fourth. Dutch Mischa Evers-van de Kraats finished fifth with Dutch Blue (by Chacco Blue).

The pair finished their jump-off in 37.33 seconds. Belgium's Yves Vanderhasselt and Keops van Begijnakker (by Indoctro) followed in a second place. Third place was for Willem Greve and Formidable (by Carambole).
