Marcel Marschall wins Grand Prix Kreuth in front of home crowd
The German riders seem to be in great form on German ground this weekend. In Oldenburg a German rider already won the Grand Prix, a few moments after the same happened in Kreuth. In the Grand Prix of Kreuth, 48 combinations entered the show ring and 16 of them came back for the jump-off.

In that jump-off it was the young German rider Marcel Marschall who was the fastest. He jumped a clear round with Cassius van de Smis and finished in 32,20 seconds. This was a very close win because Yuko Itakura crossed the finish line after 32,29 seconds with her Jackson Hole. The Japanese lady rider took the second place. The third place went to Basile Bettendorf. He and Number one 32 cleared the course in 32,67 seconds.

Sven Fehnl (Lacox) and Thomas Brandt (Cupido 110) completed the top five.

Earlier today, a 1,40m 2-star competition was ridden as well. 34 combinations battled it out against each other and against the clock but in the end Lisa Maria Räuber was the fastest. She and Cyrrus 3 rushed through the course and finished in 56,88 seconds. The second place went to Hans-Peter Konle and Queensberry 7. They left the wood untouched as well and finished in 57,49 seconds. Ellen Kölz competed the top three with Landfee Z.

Jule Lüneburg took account of the fourth place with Alcassina. He jumped a clear round and finished in 61,49 seconds. Marcel Wolf completed the top five with his Celine Burme.
