In Sentower Park, Opglabbeek, the second part of the 1,40m class has just ended. Because there were more than 100 entries, the organization decided to make two different rankings. In the second part, it was the Belgian rider Jody Bosteels who took home the vicotry. He and Daytona de Muze (Cento) rode a clear, fast round and ended on first place. Second place was for the young Belgian lady rider Leonie Peeters. She and her top horse Sunny Girl jumped a beautiful clear as well, rewarding themselves with a second place. Antonio Alfonso completed the top three with Unforgettable (Valentino). Jos Verlooy (Caruso 472) and David Robertie (Un Diamant d'Azif) took account for respectively fourth and fifth place. In the first part of the competition, the Japanese rider Taizo Sugitano rode to victory. He and Cuba (Cassini II) jumped a clear round and finished in 28,56 seconds. Second place went to the Dutch rider Michael Van Der Vleuten. He jumped a fast round with Dana Blue (Mr. Blue), but with his time of 29,42 seconds, he had to take peace with second place. Euro-horse rider Phillip Lever completed the podium with Igor (Emerald Van'T Ruytershof). Frederic Vernaet (Voice de Longchamps) and Guido Franchi (Le Noir de Trebox Z) completed the top five.
