Dreher and the 15-year-old Selle Français stallion, Vestmalle des Cotis (Baloubet du Rouet x Landor s, breeder: M. Rudy Cock) won by a narrow margin over Kevin Staut and the 15-year-old Selle Français mare, Visconti du Telman (Toulon). Staut and the mare, bred by Françoise Sanguinetti, relegated Ivan Serrano Saez with the 14-year-old gelding, Rain Man (Chacco-Blue) to third place.
Just outside the top three, the French rider Jeanne Sadran followed with the 11-year-old Selle Français stallion, Dexter de Kerglenn (Mylord Carthago*HN) under saddle. Jennifer Hochstaedter completed the top five in the saddle of the 13-year-old KWPN mare, Golden Lady (Cassini Gold).
