Julien Epaillard took an early lead with Jalanta P (by Catalano). He finsihed with a time of 51.23 and no one could beat it.
Bryan Blasiger and AK's Courage (by Chepetto C) finished in 52.48, keeping the silver medal in Switzerland. The bronze one stays home aswell, thanks to Beat Mändli. She was the last to start, but jumped a clear round in 52.48. Mändli and Dibatsja (by Veron) bumped Rodrigo Pessoa from the podium.
Pessoa, aboard Venice Beach (by Voltaire) finished in 54.09. Michael Pender and HHS Fortune (by Catoki) are the last combination in the top five.
Audrey Geiser, in the saddle of Jordana van het Velpedal (by Chacco Blue) finished in 56.03, coming in sixth place. Nicolas Deseuzes with Stella de Preuilly (by Baloubet du Rouet) follow with a seveth place, beating Marc Rothlisberger and Cashmere BS (by Con Sherry).
Niklaus Rutschi, aboard Ambre de la Cense (by Helios de la Cour II) are the fifth combination in the top ten for Switserland by finishing nineth. Harry Charles and Utrillo du Roumois (by Indoctro) close the top ten.
