Patteet and the eight-year-old Clapton-daughter Sea Coast Crystal de Leau finished in 34,38 seconds during the second phase. Home rider Andrzej Oplatek followed with Conthinder in 36,11 seconds, three quarters of a second faster than Britains James Wilson with Eskola M (Singapore).
Krzysztof Ludwiczak and Conthacca seized the fourth place for Poland, Rodrigo Carrasco and Acapulco FZ (Acodetto) took the fifth spot for Chile.
