Simon Delestre and Olga van de Kruishoeve unbeatable in CSIO5* 1.50m Prix FFE of La Baule

The home crowd of La Baule got a thrilling show to see thanks to their nation's riders. Simon Delestre was just a little bit faster then Kevin Staut and won the CSIO5* 1.50m Prix FFE of La Baule.

Simon Delestre (FRA) and Olga van de Kruishoeve snatched the victory of this main class on Thursday.  The BWP mare by El Torreo de Muze is a breeding product of Eric Polfliet, who is ranked number one in the WBFSH Breeder Ranking thanks to Olga. The pair outpaced two compatriots, relegating Kevin Staut (FRA) on Beau de Laubry Z (Bisquet Balou C) to second place. Marc Dilasser (FRA) guided Arioto du Gevres (Diamant de Semilly) to third place.

Olivier Philippaerts, whom already scored a top ten placement in the earlier 1.45m class, steered the 9 years old Poppemieke Jw van de Moerhoeve (Vigo d'Arsouilles) to fourth place. Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) and Elysium (Zirocco Blue) jumped to fifth place.
