Valentin Marcotte on top of French dominance in Grand Prix Compiègne Classic

The top ten of the Grand Prix in Compiègne colored mostly French, with Valentin Marcotte as the winner of this 1.55m Class.

Leading the French top four was Valentin Marcotte with Diego del Caribe (by Kannan). The pair stayed clear in a time of 38.46 seconds. With 38.90 seconds on the clock, Megane Moissonnier followed in second place in the saddle of Bracadabra (by Pacific des Essarts). The final double clear came from Christophe Grangier and Catch Boom Bang (by Cornet's Prinz), who finished in 40,08 seconds.

Nicolas Delmotte had one pole in the sand with Ilex VP (v. Diamant de Semilly), otherwise their time of 38,66 seconds would have been good for a second place. With four penalties, they had to settle for four. The Irish Jenny Rankin came in fifth with Imar (v. Carrera VDL).
