The FEI has announced, Dutch veterinarian, Julius Peters will be the FEI veterinary Delegate at the Olympic Games in Paris. "This is the cherry on top of my career," Peters reacts.
"The FEI has appointed me to represent the sport at the Olympic Games. It will be my task to see everything will be organized according to the veterinarian rules. Further the team and I will judge about the horses wether they are fit to compete or not..."
"Our task at show-veterinarian starts when the horses arrive. We will check if the administration for each horse, like the necessary vaccines, have been applied correctly. Further we will check the health of each horse that arrives." Peters reacts. "The team will be composed of four veterinarians, one Brazilian, one USA, one French and myself. Every action we want to undertake must be approved by our colleague veterinarians."
