German riders dominate CSI2* Grand Prix of Riesenbeck with Schulze Topphoff on top

In Riesenbeck, the CSI2* Grand Prix was on the programme this afternoon. It was jumped over a height of 1m45 and the German riders dominated: they took the entire top five. Victory went to Philipp Schulze Topphoff. He was able to record a clear round behind his name in 35.99 seconds in the saddle of Avantus 4 (by Arpeggio).

Second place came at the hands of Leonie Böckmann. She in turn rode 10-year-old Carter 10 (by Christian) clear to the finish in 36.64 seconds. Tobias Meyer and Queentina (by Coupe de Coeur) completed the top three after a clear round in 36.78 seconds.

Jens Baackmann (Lorenz 86) and Philip Rüping (Casallco) finished fourth and fifth.
