New talent for Abdel Said

Abdel Said has a new talent in his stable. The Egyptian top rider, who is based in Belgium, has bought Obama van Ostaayen (Etoulond VDL). "I want to grow slowly with Obama to the highest level." Tells the jumping rider.

"Samuel Hutton, a good friend of mine, had seen the horse jumping at the BK and thought he might be something for me. So I had the horse in my head since last year's BK and kept following him," he continues. "His evolution kept surprising me so I had no choice but to buy him", the Egyptian laughs.

Obama has been active so far under the saddle of Louis Wauters. The duo made it to the final during the BK for 6-year-old horses where they won the silver medal. He will now continue his career under the Egyptian flag.
