Valkenswaard to host LGCT Cannes in June

We can confirm that the Longines Global Champions Tour of Cannes 2021 will be replaced by the the Longines Global Champions Tour of Valkenswaard between 4 - 6 June for round 4 of the 2021 season.

The city of Cannes on the French Riviera has been a fixture on the LGCT global circuit for a long time, but in the current circumstances, it was not possible to prepare the event to meet all the latest safety regulatory requirements. We are delighted to provide a new venue for the competition to take place at Tops International Arena and ensure the world class international event can go ahead for everyone to enjoy the best in show jumping.

It is set to be a thrilling fourth leg of the LGCT and GCL championship as the race hots up as the world’s top riders and horses will compete on the stunning, brand new grass arena at the purpose-built venue in Valkenswaard. The change of venue from Cannes to Valkenswaard is in addition to the already planned LGCT of Valkenswaard from 20 - 22 August.
