The German combinations ruled the day in their home Grand Prix of Paderborn. It was Nisse Lüneburg aboard the 12-year-old Luca Toni (Lord Z) who speeded to victory in 39.02 seconds. The complete top six finished in under one second difference.
Mario Stevens followed as runner-up with Landano Old (Lord Pezi), while Patrick Stühlmeyer completed the stage aboard Varihoka du Temple (Luigi d'Amaury).
Ireland's Peter Moloney jumped to the fourth place. Together with Sassicaia Ares (Luigi d'Amaury) Moloney referred Finja Bormann to the fifth spot with A Crazy Son Of Lavina (Azzuro Classico 2).
