Andreas Helgstrand merges with Beerbaum Stables

Andreas Helgstrand, who until now was mainly known for his trade in dressage horses, is now getting into show jumping as well. So writes the Danish website Ridehesten. Helgstrand Dressage would have taken over Stal Ludger Beerbaum. The two had already been working together for some time but now both companies are merging to form the Global Equestrian Group

The new company has an estimated total turnover of some 65 million euros and over 150 employees in Denmark, Germany and the US. Andreas Helgstrand informs Danish media that the world market for show jumpers is "probably ten times bigger than that for dressage horses, so the potential is huge.", according to the Danish website.
