In Chantilly this weekend, there was jumping at the highest level. The day started with a class for 7-year-old horses and Butler secured an Irish victory. He rode Embuscade de Reve (by Kannan) clear in 62.98 seconds.
In doing so, he outperformed France's Alexa Ferrer who finished in second place with Edora d'Helby (by Kouros d'Helby). They left the wood untouched and finished in 66.78 seconds. Yuri Mansur and Qh Santo Antonio (by Cidane) took home third place. They had a clear round in 67.70 seconds.
Marie Demonte (Eau Vive de Beliard) and Jérôme Guery (Tender Dream Hero Z) completed the top five.
