In Hubside, St-Tropez, the first ranking class of the weekend was held; the CSI4* riders took part in this class in direct time. The victory went to the Italian Giampiero Garofalo. He counted on Cava (by Cadenksy) to jump a clear round in 66.96 seconds.
Ahmed Saber Hamcho and Caldero (by Camaro M) took second place. They managed to keep all the fences in the sacks and finished in 67,01 seconds. Aymeric de Ponnat and Elize (by Bamako de Muze) completed the top three after a clear round in 67,40 seconds.
Emanuele Gaudiano (Nikolaj de Music) and Francois Xavier Boudant (Brazul du Mezel) finished fourth and fifth respectively.
