Paddy McMahon, a British jumper who was very successful in Britain in the 1970s; has died at the age of 87.
He was best known as the rider of Penwood Forgemill, with whom he was a regular member of the national team. For example, he jumped with the team to Nations Cup victories in 1973 and 1975 at the Dublin Horse Show.
We wish his friends and family much strength in these difficult times.
