Mark McAuley wins The Longines Dublin Stakes on home turf

Irelands Mark McAuley just won the Longines Dublin Stakes in Dublin over a height of 1,50m. He beat his competition with eleven-year-old Selle Français Utchan de Belheme (Calvaro).

McAuley won in 39,62 seconds jump-off time, almost one second ahead of US-rider Ward McLain and Noche de Ronda (Quintender). Steve Guerdat and Alamo (Ukato) seized the third place for Switzerland in 40,52 seconds. 

McAuley's compatriot Shane Breen was the one to finish fourth with Golden Hawk, a son of the recently passed Vigo d'Arsouilles. Bertram Allen and Harley vd Bisschop (Dulf vd Bisschop) also claimed the fifth place for the Irish.
