The Consolation Class for the FEI WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championship for horses of 7-years of age at Zangersheide, Lanaken (BEL) was won by Nicole Pavitt and Cornet of Follyfoot.
Over 80 horses were allowed to show what they are capable of one last time in the 1m40 high course of the Ratina Z Arena. Great Britain's Nicola Pavitt (GBR) had a very fast time on Cornet Of Follyfoot (Cornet Obolensky, Breeder: Darja Fortstroer) and was victorious in this Consolation Class. Emilie Evrard (BEL) and the Asca Z mare Less is More Chavannaise, bred by Yvan Evrard, rode another clear round that was rewarded with second place. The top three was decided by Harrie Wiering (NED). He had the Diamant de Plaisir son Dutch Breiling A.N. (Breeder: Brueggehagen) under the saddle.
On four was Marie Ligges (GER) with the Zangersheide bred stallion Chellci Orange Z (Cicero Z). Fifth place was Italian coloured thanks to Paolo Adamo Zuvadelli and Hatina di San Giovanni (Casall).
