After the 1.60m Rolex Grand Prix in Aachen, several awards were handed out. The Rolex winner, DSP Chakaria (Chap I x Askari, breeder: Martin Jürgens), had to relinquish the Halla Challenge Trophy to the 11-year-old mare, Dallas Vegas Batilly (Cap Kennedy x L'Arc de Triomphe Bois Margot, breeder: Jean-Claude Viollet) by just three points.
The Halla Challenge Trophy is awarded to the owner of the most successful horse in the show jumping competitions of Aachen. This time, it was the trio of Ben Maher, Charlotte Rossetter, and Pamela Wright who received the prize. The third place in this ranking went to Nicola Philippaerts' Katanga vh Dingeshof (Cardento x Tornedo FCS, breeder: Liliane Vermeulen).
