Rosalie is a Flying Horse Groom: "When passengers suddenly see a horse's head through the door we get some strange faces"

Have you ever asked yourself how horses are flown to all corners of the world and who takes care of them during a long flight? Do horses have a fear of flying? How do they stay calm? Can they eat and drink during the flight? Belgian rider Rosalie Van Lantschoot flies to America several times a year as a groom on board of a plane. She makes sure that the horses get on the plane safely and that they remain calm during the flight. Rosalie spoke with Equnews about everything that has to do with  being a Flying Horse Groom. And that brought some funny stories to the table! "If horses are very nervous during the flight I start singing," Rosalie said.
